In 2008, with the development demand of the enterprise, new workshops were built in Lijia Industrial Zone Changzhou City Jiangsu Province with an area of more than 16, 000 square meters, owning 150 employees and advanced CNC lathe, milling machine, boring machine, SLGMAR aerospace vibratory stress relief system, high-precision universal grinder, precise copying cutting machine, precise bearing sensor heating system, concentricity calibration balancing machine and other professional equipments for manufacturing which can better provide the factory with quality guarantee and satisfy the timely needs of the clients. At present, the main parts and electric appliance mponents of the factory all adopt the original products from Japan, the USA, Taiwan and Switzerland, and we are always obtaining the valuable suggestions from the clients successively to improve the product structure and practicability to the clientss gradually. In 2002, the factor greatly improved the extruder by adopting technical improvement and innovation arranging from setting out to taking up the whole equipment. In addition, in 2005, the production line of fluoro plastic, low-smoke and halogen-free, PE foaming, high-density foaming, double-layer extrusion, three-layer extrusion, special PU, Cat 5, Cat 6 and ultra Cat 5, Cat 6 and Cat 7 cable as well as others with high-tech content became more improved and mature and are widely accepted by the clients both at home and abroad (Germany, India, Russia, Israel, Brazil, Vietnam, Australia, Zambia, Japan ) Meanwhile, the factory has made greater efforts in investing, manufacturing and developing the ultra five and Cat 6 professional equipment and kept improving the process technology. In 2008, the third China International Cable and Wire Rod Fair held in Shanghai New International Expo Center witnessed the capacity of our factory in manufacturing all sets of equipments of Cat 5, ultra Cat 5, Cat 6, Cat 7 data cable and that our factory's maturity during the whole process of equipment manufacturing was confirmed. At present, our factory owns ultra-speed winding machine, automatic high-speed wire twisting machine, twist pair, high-speed extruder, spin frame, cantilever type cabling machine, vertical and horizontal back-twist machine, utomatic reel oscillating machine, high-speed wire cutting machine, single layer, double layer and three-layer high-speed package machine. Mature technology, stable and simple operation way has been received the praise, support and encouragement of external cable industry of both at home and abroad and a series of whole-process PCL new control equipment has been development successively. In particular, the wire twisting machine and twist pair series own independent knowledge property rights and patent (patent No. 20024417.3), moreover, double-assurance demonstration organization of various famous enterprise product brands in Jiangsu Province was achieved and Jiangsu Excellent Private Enterprise was granted in 2004 and 2006 respectively.
